Acquisition of Pleasure Valley system adds 52nd Connecticut town to Aquarion’s service territory

BRIDGEPORT, CONN. – March 13, 2019 – Aquarion Water Company announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Pleasure Valley water system in the City of Norwich, making the system the latest to join Aquarion’s rapidly expanding service area.

The Pleasure Valley system, formerly owned by Valleywood LLC, serves 209 people. With this acquisition, Aquarion now serves customers in 52 cities and towns in Connecticut, and eight additional towns in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
